Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee of our service under the conditions as specified in this Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”).

By ordering our service, you agree to allow us to work on your account for 30 calendar days from the date we have received all the information that we have asked you to provide (“30-Day Working Period”), as specified in the email that will be sent to you after your payment has been received.

In the event that you submit a refund request within 48 hours after you have placed your order (“Grace Period”), 10% of the refund amount you have requested will be deducted to cover our time costs and the refund costs charged by banks and credit card companies.

We issue full refunds only if you do not get approval for the restricted categories you have ordered after the 30-Day Working Period, and only for the portion of service we were unable to fulfill.

We do not issue refunds under any of the following circumstances:

  • You do not have an Amazon professional seller account for the marketplace which the Service you ordered belongs to;
  • Your Amazon account have been restricted or suspended by Amazon;
  • Your account health fail to meet the policy stated by Amazon;
  • You fail to provide us all the information we have asked you to provide in a timely manner;
  • Any of the information we have asked you to provide are inaccurate or out-of-date;
  • You bypass us and communicate with Amazon regarding approvals of the restricted categories by any means, including but not limited to email, phone, or replying to cases, during the 30-Day Working Period;
  • You discovered that you have already been approved for the restricted category you have ordered;
  • You want to cancel your order for any reason, even if you haven’t received approval from Amazon yet;
  • You want to change your order for any reason, including but not limited to changing the restricted categories you need to ungate, the marketplace of the restricted categories you have ordered, etc.;

All refund request must be sent by email to hello@amazonungating.services. Refund request sent in any other ways will not be accepted.
